Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
We operate on transparent, fixed-scope sprints with defined deliverables and go-live milestones. Our refund policy reflects our commitment to fair business practices and delivery guarantees.
2. Scope Compliance & Remedy
If a delivered build fails to satisfy the functional requirements specified in the agreed project scope, we will continue development at zero additional charge until full compliance is achieved.
3. Deposit & Cancellation Prior to Build Commencement
If a client requests cancellation before engineering work or environment provisioning begins (within 24 hours of deposit payment), a 100% full refund of the deposit will be issued. Once custom engineering has commenced, deposits are non-refundable as they cover dedicated operator time and infrastructure reservation.
4. Ongoing Retainers & Subscription Cancellations
Monthly management retainers can be cancelled at any time with a 14-day notice before the next billing cycle. No further recurring charges will occur following cancellation.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
