Refund & Cancellations

1. General Principle – Service‑Based Work

I provide custom website‑development services. Unlike a physical product, the work is created specifically for you, and the value is realized only when the finished site meets the agreed‑upon specifications. For that reason there is no standard “refund” or “order‑cancellation” process once any design or development work has started.

2. When a Cancellation Is Possible

3. Payment Only After Approval

  • No upfront fees – I do not charge until you give written approval of the final website preview.
  • If you decide the final preview does not meet the specifications you and I agreed on, you must inform me within 3 business days of receiving the preview.

4. What Happens If the Final Preview Is Unsatisfactory

  1. Notification – Send a detailed description of the issues within the 3‑day window.
  2. Revision – I will make all reasonable changes needed to bring the site in line with the original brief, at no additional cost to you.
  3. Resolution Options
    • Successful revision – Once you approve the revised site, payment is due.
    • Unable to meet specifications – If, after good‑faith effort, the site still cannot satisfy the agreed requirements, I will issue a full refund of any amount already paid. Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days to the original payment method.

5. Defective or Incorrect Deliverables

If you receive a deliverable that is technically broken (e.g., broken links, site not loading, major bugs) you must report the problem within 3 business days. I will fix the issue at no extra charge. Failure to report within that period is considered acceptance of the work.

6. No Partial Refunds

Because the service is custom‑built and payment is taken only after full acceptance, partial refunds are not offered. The only circumstance where a refund is possible is the “unable to meet specifications” scenario described above.

7. Summary – What This Means for You

  • You pay only after you are happy with the final website.
  • You can cancel for free before any work starts.
  • Once work begins, the service is considered rendered and cannot be cancelled or refunded, except if the final product cannot be made to match the agreed brief.
  • Any bugs or errors reported within 3 days will be corrected at no extra cost.
